Joshua had a great 8th birthday. He couldn't wait to get he's own set of scriptures and soccer case he picked out. We asked him when we ordered how he wanted his name embossed on his sciptures and he said Joshua S. Bennion so he could be like the prophet Thomas S. Monson. Aim big buddy aim big! He loves the tradition we have of breakfast in bed so he couldn't wait for his eggs, bacon, and toast. But since it was a school day we let him have his presents at breakfast too. He got a lot of lego star wars stuff, his red ctr ring and some church clothes for his baptism.

What we love about the 8 year Joshua:
He still loves to cuddle
He still kisses and hugs us every time we leave
He's an amazing artist
He's a great big brother
He helps all the time and loves to learn new things
He very confident in his abilities
He's pretty independent
He loves school and is good at it
He loves the Lord and has a great testimony
He will always be my first baby and have a special place in our hearts!
